Pete Dombroski holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and has made a significant impact as the Athletic Director at Venice High School. Over his 14 years in this role, he collaborated with coaches to achieve an impressive 14 State Championships. His expertise extends to working closely with the Florida High School Athletic Association, ensuring thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and essential forms. Pete has also implemented a structured interview process for hiring coaches and has been instrumental in helping establish booster clubs to enhance fundraising efforts, contributing to the overall success of athletic programs.
Dr. Michael Raney holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from South Carolina State University. He has a background that includes 7 years as a School Resource Officer, over 30 years coaching football and baseball in Florida and South Carolina and 15 years as a school administrator. Dr. Raney has a passion for developing policies and procedures that enhance the safety and development of athletes and coaches.
Dr. Raney's experiences allow him to deliver a comprehensive perspective of athletic programs focused on reducing exposure to liability while enhancing community support and efficiency of operations.
